I have not made New Years Resolutions in the past, because I have never kept them in the past. I thought about what I want my year to look like and it isn't about being skinny or changing who I already am. I want to take my life and bump it up a notch. I am already just fine the way I am. My main goal is the get in physical shape. I plan on doing every walking/running event I can to prepare myself for 1 or 2 triathlons a 1/2 marathon and a 3 day breast walk.
